Perseids meteor showers this week

Jim,

I won't be back down there for a couple of weeks, but I fondly
remember my college days sitting in the the old Trimble Hot Springs
just outside of Durango with a bunch of other people, skinny dipping
and drinking gin and tonics while watching the Persids.  Those were
the good old days....  ;-)  We should be able to see lots of meteor's
in the Silverton sky away from all the lights.
