Clutch replacement

Need advice.

I believe my clutch has gone at 51k.  The clutch doesn't engage until the lever is all the way out, and this morning felt almost like it was trying to slip.
No, I have not changed the oil I normally use.

What is a good replacement clutch pack?  Do I have to replace the steel plates also, or just the fiber ones?
