About Bevelheads

Bevelheads is a list for sharing information about Ducatis with bevel driven cams. All bevel Ducati owners or enthusiasts are welcome to participate. By subscribing or by continuing to subscribe, you agree to be bound by the following general principles. If you don't, you risk being summarily cast into the Outer Darkness by the listowner.

If you wish to subscribe, note that we request (1) an email address and (2) a name. Further, you must send an email to listmaestroATbevelheads.org stating what bike(s) you have and what you hope to gain by becoming a member of the BevelHeads list. When I have that in hand - and only then - will I accept a subscription. This is to prevent spambots, and protects all subscribers.

We are a relatively low-key list, with a pretty decent signal-to- noise ratio. There is a certain amount of levity, but mostly folks stick pretty close to the fundamentals.

We are a tolerant list, in that we have some postings about the rarer varieties of RubberDucky, and some subscribers who have good knowledge of them. Modern Ducati owners will probably find the "regular" Ducati list to be more useful to them. You will find other information at www.bevelheads.org

One last proviso: there is inevitably non-bevel talk. If you want to blather about such things, feel free - but you must put the letters NBC before the subject (No Bevel Content, geddit?).

To Subscribe to Bevelheads

You can subscribe to Bevelheads by filling out the following form. NOTE that there's a place for email address and for name. You must - repeat MUST - provide a name as well as the address, or the ListMaestro will reject you.

Who pays for it?

The facilities and service for this and several other motorcycle mailing lists are provided by micapeak.com.
H. Marc Lewis (marcl at micapeak.com) owns and operates the micapeak.com domain and pays all the associated costs: buying the hardware and software, maintaining it, and paying all the necessary fees to keep it connected to the Internet. He does this as a hobby -- micapeak.com is definitely a non-profit deal. Once a year (Jan/Feb) he solicits donations to help with the ongoing costs.
