[BaseCamp] Proximity Colors

I haven't looked for that setting specifically, but there is a file buried
deep in the folder structure (under c:\Users) that is called
*basecamp.config*

If you are feeling brave you could open that with a text editor and see if
it is where the various colors are specified.
