[BaseCamp] Proximity Colors

The 'rings' are activated in the Waypoint Properties. About half way down on the first Tab is a 'Proximity:' entry. Input the distance of your choice here and a 'ring' will appear around that Waypoint. (Ex: 50 mi or 50 ft) If you do not want the 'ring' then delete the entry.
