[BaseCamp] from Excel xls to BaseCamp waypoint gpx

Joe,
KML has become synonymous with Google Earth. The pro version of Google
Earth is now free, and removes a lot of the limitations of the previous
"public" versions. You will need to save your Excel files as "CSV" files
from Excel to import.
For license information in Google Earth Pro, enter your email address, and
the license key is
*GEPFREE*https://www.google.com/earth/explore/products/desktop.html
