[BaseCamp] from Excel xls to BaseCamp waypoint gpx

My thinking is to never mess with waypoint properties, with the exception
of the display icon. Instead, use the Basecamp lists themselves as the
"properties" you desire.
Method above should not be manually intensive at all. If you have
"clicked" more than 6-8 times beginning to end, you did it wrong.
States like Texas, Nevada and Kalifornia require a simple Basecamp trick to
make it work ez-button easy, but squarish states like ours should be a
breeze.
