[BaseCamp] BC and Google Earth Pro

Nothing to do with BaseCamp. Old versions of GE and GE Pro will still 
work, current one will not.
Google disabled the property, not Garmin.
Since GE Pro is now free, no shortage of users.
I am speaking of the Windows environment.
Change was made last May.
