[BaseCamp] Saving Routes and Favorites

I'm planning a trip and I'm trying to use BaseCamp (I already made the 
route in S&T).
I have a couple of folders with some waypoints and routes in them.
Now I want to either E-mail that to myself or throw it on a flash drive 
so I can bring it to work and mess with it there.
Do I use "Backup" or am I missing something?
