[BaseCamp] Adding a waypoint to a route

Be careful.  Basecamp has no reasonability test for waypoints.  So if your
route is eastbound on a divided freeway and you happen to left off the
mouse with it in the westbound lanes, Basecamp will have you turning around
twice just to touch that waypoint.
