[BaseCamp] Can I Copy/Paste Route "Properties" ?

Hi all, not sure I'm doing this right so feel free to flog me properly for
any mistakes I make.

I'm just getting into using BC (still prefer S&T, but starting to come
around) and I was wondering if there's any way to copy the information from
a route "Properties" tab to say a word document or text file for printing.

What I want is my "rundown" sheet which has the bonus code in the order of
collection and the arrival time at that bonus, but I don't want all the
turn directions. When I try to copy the data it selects all the information
in a single box, but when I paste it I only get the code, and not anything
else. At a minimum I need the code and arrival time .

I'm sure I'll have more questions in the coming months, but you BC
die-hards will be happy to hear I am actually starting to like BC. It's
still missing a few things IMHO but I am working to find ways around that.
