[BaseCamp] symbol priorities for stacked waypoints

Jerry -- yes, it is BMR ZC, but I have had single location of multiple
waypoints in other situations too. When I actually gain the BMR ZC points,
I delete the code completely. But when I can't ride due to weather or road
conditions (salt, de-icing chemicals) and can only plan a ride, I change
the symbols so I know that they could be claimed on another route. I use
the spreadsheet for managing data on the ones I definitely scored but use
BC for managing "just thinking about getting" the others. It works for me.

Steve -- I thought of running separate Lists of some of the waypoints and
skinning the cat that way, but after trying it I decided it was too
laborious for the multi-state area of my focus. So, I keep them all
together in one List.

Thanks for the input guys. If I could figure out the BC default ranking of
colors and symbols, it would be so much nicer. But the apparent default
ranking of symbol and color in the data list on the left does not match the
stacking of symbols and colors on the map. If BC at least made those
consistent it would help quite a bit.
