[BaseCamp] Basecamp list archives working again

Due to popular demand, your lazy list admin fixed the archive, which had
been broken for awhile. (not turned off as I had thought.) To read archives
of this list, go to the URL that appears in the footer of every message
coming from the list. It looks like this:

To make _ANY_ changes, including unsubscribing from this list, click ----->

Then, click Basecamp Archives.
