[BaseCamp] viewing route thru Google Earth

it's maddening.....    I'm the admin for my computer yet when I insert that
line in Command Prompt, I get an error message saying the COM registration
failed -- and then parenthetically is says user may not have admin rights.
BUT I DO !

And if I follow the path through Program Files (x86), the googleearth.exe
is there.

I'm stuck.
