[BaseCamp] Google Earth Pro.....?

Thanks Stephen,  that was what I was looking for but it bring up another question.  Do I make these changes in the old Google Earth Pro or do I down load what seems to be a new Google Earth Pro and make the changes there?  I know this sounds like a dumb question but I am not sure about this old and new Google Earth Pro?
I will start by opening the old Google Earth Pro and looks for a place to make these changes.  Thanks again for the help you always provide....!!
