[BaseCamp] Border Crossing at Lukeville, AZ

Ashley, did that 2019.10 solve the problem at the border near Lukeville.  I'm guessing it did not since this problem has been there for many version updates with this software.
Thanks Ashley for the heads-up on that new SW update.
