[BaseCamp] Border Crossing at Lukeville, AZ

Sorry that I never answered the question about the arrival time at the border. I checked my arrival time in BaseCamp and I was arriving around noon time which should have been a period when the border crossing was open. Also, I turned off all avoidances which should have made the border closing a non-issue.
I'm also assuming from what you guys wrote that the new updated (2019.10) SW did not fix the problem.
Thanks to Ashley for the link to use for reporting problems but what Steve wrote makes be believe that link Ashley gave us will not work now. If it does, I will leave a short report and maybe if several of us leave a error report, maybe just maybe it might get fixed!
