[BaseCamp] Basecamp development discontinued

It has been well known for some time now. It was discussed on the Garmin forum. When it was in development, you could engage with developers, ask for changes , tweaks. It was the only routing software that I know of where this was ever possible. Then they decided development was complete, and made it like every other product, just maintained.
