[BaseCamp] Routing problem

Question for the wisest among us, and for the NOOB who can figure out what's
happening too..

 

While working on a route the other day, when I recalculated a route didn't
give me a list with times and mileage, and the map showed only straight
lines, point to point.  The routing is set to motorcycling fastest, not
direct.  Tried other profiles also.

 

Perplexed.
