[BaseCamp] circle around waypoint?

Any chance you have changed the display icon of the waypoint?
Any chance you have used the draw tool and drawn a circle? This would be
shown if you switched to a different list that doesn't have that waypoint,
and the dark circle persists on the map.
Any chance you have created an avoidance?

Just the first three ideas that pop into my head.
