[BaseCamp] Zumo 396 won't connect to computer

OK it's fixed! After trying a powered hub on a different computer, and a
bunch of different cables, I surrendered and did a factory reset on the
unit. That did the trick. Thanks to everyone for the help (Eric B
especially.)
