I admit I lost one in my ZX10 years ago, never did find it in the garage, so
it must have been in the engine for the last 10K miles or so that I rode it.
No problems that I could tell.

I dropped one in there once too. But, I had the timing cover off already and
it just popped out on the garage floor. Now that was a relief.
