To explain a bit more for those who weren't there, Don was letting Jerry ride Zippy the Streak and Don was in the lead as usual. However, Jerry got a burst of adrenaline and decided to "zip" past Don just as we were coming to the end of pavement and the beginning of gravel. But you couldn't see the gravel when Jerry went past. So, all of a sudden, with plenty of throttle on, Jerry met gravel riding somebody else's bike. You could see the surprise in his face as we all caught up for another stop.
