I tried it with bigger mains and shims, but no cigar.
With nurturing from Mr. Northrup, I installed the
Factory Pro Stage III kit, up 18 sizes on the mains and
completely different needles.  I couldn't come near
to getting the bike streetable until I installed the kit.
