Tank vent follow-up

Take the filter and match a drill bit to the inside diamater of either the
inlet or outlet pipe.
Go up 1 or 2 sizes of drill bit and carefully bore out both inlet and outlet
of the filter.
Be sure that whatever size bit you use does not make the in/out line walls
of the filter pipes too thin.
Re-install the filter and run your test again. Flow will be greatly improved
and your bike should run OK again.
