rain attire for the elevated gentleman

I bought a set of "Frog Skins" from a friend in PA a couple of years ago.
They still work fine but I had Marilyn buy me a new set from Cabella's (the
fishing type which have a bib type pants to keep my mid section dry).  I
think they were about $60.00.
