94-96 ZX9 rear shock will work with a little clearance mods to the 
battery box or grinding of the top banjo bolt.  You will also need to 
respring it  with a heavier spring.  Somebody help me out here, I don't 
have the link to the spring supplier, they are in Ohio, spring is about 
$80.00
