New NYC law against loud exhaust

I live in a small village and have the semis  Jake brakes barking down the 
hill in front of my place, but the HDs are the worst.  They are speeding up 
as they leave town but they are so f@#%*g slow we can still hear them 5 
minutes later.
Well we had temperatures of -30C (-22F) Saturday and today in was +9 C 
(48F).  It is knocking down the 2.5 feet of snow.
Went out a murdered a spuce tree today, it gets to become a Christmas tree 
that my grandson can pull over.
