Proton Flush Mount lights and 1/2 bike covers.

They do, but I didn't connect that lead. And yes, they have internal 
circuitry to blink at the correct speed and they are very bright, 
although most of the light goes out to the side, with fewer LEDs 
pointing straight forward.
