Dynojet kit

I installed a Dynojet kit on my 95 GPZ the other day, to compliment my
Micron exhaust...  And, now my bike stumbles like crazy!  I've taken the
carbs apart twice now and double checked that everything was kosher, and it
is.  I have to blip the throttle from 3k to 5500rpm, and then it revs great.
 But, transitioning past 3000, it will studder, stall, and just outright
misbehaves!  Any clues?  The bike only has 2800 miles on it, and ran like a
champ with the stock jetting.
