Weird '96

Interesting, I saw this bike on biketrader several years ago, can't miss the
bizarre paintjob.

   Now we know the secret of the black 96's. They are actually red 95's that
   have been coated with a speed absorbing black paint in an attempt to slow
   them down. Apparently this rider has been pushing the bike over the
approved
   "black speed limit" and has been blowing that black paint right off of
the
   bike. Must be a former 95 rider.
