Front wheel bearings

Had the Gpz in for its annual MOT. It Passed but the tester said there was
some play in the front wheel bearing and they would need replacing soon.

 

The part number is 6203UUC3 presumably this is 6203 single row deep groove,
c3 clearance. 

As I don't want to remove the wheel until I replace the bearing, can any
tell me if the above is correct and if the bearings are sealed or open?
