Hi Ron,

No, the petcock is a piece of cake, assuming your gas tank
is empty.  It might be a bit ugly if it's full.  You just
need a 10mm socket, phillips screw driver and a decent soft
place to set your tank when you turn it upside down.  It
took maybe 20 minutes.  Enjoy the trip Ron, you deserve it
after all the crap you've been through.
