When it smells like fuel on prime and is still turning over, sounds like no
spark. Are you plugs good, i.e. not fouled, thereby needing more spark
energy to fire? Still sounds like low battery as when you jump it, it
starts, seems like the smoking gun.

Sure have Ped. all that net's me is a flooded carb or 2. starts to stink
like fuel and still won't start. That was actually my first thought at one
time, but prime does nothing (towards starting) just like choke does
nothing.
