One more Question:

Since I had the blowout on the Metzeler that came on my 900, 
I am looking for opinions on inexpensive sport-touring tires. 

Used to be I would shell out $150-180 on the stickiest tires in town,
But I don't need that much tire. 

The guy at the shop down the street suggests Maxxis (which are IRC). Good
enough traction, long lasting, and inexpensive (140/18 is like $68.00, which
sounds really suspect to me.
