carb questions

Sprayed 'em out, blew 'em out, better, but still can't get a good idle.  If I have the choke on just a little, it works fair, but not like it used to be.  It hesitates off idle too.  Up in the rpm's is nice still.  I would try it out more, but I hate to torment the nice old lady next door to my garage. I actually pulled them this time without undoing the cables at the grip.
