GPZList Digest, Vol 78, Issue 11

Here's a conundrum for you all...(recent posts got me thinking)

I'm only five foot three with boots on, and can pretty much ride all
day since my head stays tucked in whichever bike I ride (z650 or
Gpz1100). Both these bikes are perfectly comfortable seat &
footpeg-wise too.

BUT...they are the lowest of the bikes I have and the only ones where
I can get both feet flat on the ground. Ergo, the bikes are great to
ride on, but hard to manoevre. Many if not most bikes have been just
too tall for me over the years, so I hope it doesn't take another
thirty years for the manufacturers to solve this ergonomic puzzle :)

Thanks for the heads-up about fuel stabiliser, I'm going to buy some
today! We currently have two GT750s with gummed jets and are not
enjoying the experience, especially since Petrol Leak is always,
always served up with Bonus Carb Wrestling, Skinned Knuckles and
Re-Fashioned Bad Words. I nearly set fire to my GT550 last year out
of sheer frustration after it took me a WEEK to get the carb boots
back on. By some happy coincidence (haha) I am seeing my dentist
tomorrow so am going to get those dental picks into my toolbox once
and for all.

Cheers all
