Some of my toughest, most memorable road trips have been with you.
Alaska is quite a marathon for any age of rider but especially for a well fed, middle aged, New Mexican accountant GPZ type rider:>)
I bet you have discovered new muscles that have never ached before.

I have to disagree with you on the parts problem. There are so many xz11's out there that essentially share the same pieces, it shouldn't be a big deal to keep the ZXe's running. Keeping them in factory new condition is a different story but we should be able to MacGyver almost any part to keep them going. The APE cam chain tensioner being an obvious example to solve your recent NLA dilemma.
