Agreed, Jim. However, I would amend #4 (fuel system prep) by saying "treat every tankful with fuel stabilizer", not the just the last tank of the season. This is what I've done ever since the advent of the nationwide E10 mandate, and haven't had to pull a carb rack for cleaning since starting to do this. YMMVBIDI
