Tires on sale: Avon or Metzeler?

Crazy thing is, it's $173 before the gift card: $91 front, $91 rear and $9 off with coupon.  Just have to submit the rebate forms and it's a "Fast Fifty" (6-8 weeks later).
I know it sounds like I'm shilling, but I'm not--just trying to figure out if worth it.
