Hi Ralph,

I'm moving in with a friend who lives north of Denver, I live in the south
end of the metro area.  It's a nightmare to pack up 34 years of paperwork,
"hobbies and interests", much less find a place with room for tools, three
cars and four motorcycles.  I can fit much of it in his house and the rest
in a nearby storage place.  I'll reevaluate life in another year and make a
more permanent change then.
