Interesting challenge :)

I've never been outside Europe on a motorcycle. Here is the list of 
countries I've visited on the GPZ (listed in no particular order):

Sweden
Finland
Estonia
Latvia
Lithuania
Poland
Czechia
Hungary
Romania
Slovenia
Croatia
Bosnia and Herzegovina
Italy
Austria
Switzerland
Lichtenstein
Germany
Luxembourg
Belgium
The Netherlands
UK (except Northern Ireland)
France
Spain
Andorra
Gibraltar

If I also count the Suzuki GSX 750 ES I had before the GPZ i can add:

Norway
Portugal
Greece
Turkey (all the way to the Iranian border)
Czechoslovakia
Yugoslavia
GDR - East Germany (after the fall of the wall, but before the 
reunification)

So there are not many white spots left, just Iceland, Ireland, Albania, 
Bulgaria, Cyprus, Malta, Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Belarus and 
Russia. I think that both the GPZ and I are getting too old for the 
really long rides though ;)
