Never ending oil leak-Finally ended!

For years I had this mystery oil leak. I couldn’t find it, and my mechanic friend couldn’t either. Up until recently. He dropped some dye in there and hit it with a UV light. It was coming form the water pump. The shaft had worn away. He replaced the water pump for me and no more oil smell for the first time in years. I rtook it on a short 20 mile ride tonight and it was perfect.
