Agree, check for air leaks at carb boot clamps, vac hoses, carb manometer caps. Prolly need carb rack removal for a teardown/inspection/clean.
My Gpz has a higher rpm, rougher idle once warmed up. Considering a takeoff inspection. All those flexy connections are closing in on 30 yrs age.
