[Sheepranch] Accounting and Acknowledgements

Hi Jughandlers,

We had a great weekend at the farm and we owe a debt of gratitude to
everyone for contributing labor, humor, great cooking and good will. We
started the weekend strong with Ed and Martin who leave WA with a plan and
feed us a warm and delicious meal just as we get into town. Thanks to Jim
for stepping up for Saturday supper (also for just plain making it to CA)
and to Lee and Robert for their help with Sunday dinner.

Applause to the fire stokers, coffee makers, kitchen cleaners, shoppers,
dishwashers, table toters, meal bosses and helpers. An extra shout out to
Mauro for doing the big Costco shopping trip and bringing delights from
Douce France for breakfast and dessert. Gratitude to Lee for the fruit
salad every morning and to Rob for pulling extra kitchen duty.

Cheers to Joanne for keeping the motorcycle torch lit and keeping our
record as a continuous 2 wheel affair. We'll be back on our bikes next
year. It was a special year with the appearance of Blue, the next
generation Jughandler and child of an O.G. Sheeprancher, DaVE Doudna, not
retired yet.

Also not retired yet, Felipe was a grand help in the big birthday scheme,
and a Martha Stewart-level decorator. And I'm so thankful to have Godfrey,
well, anywhere!

Ajax ably handled the K-9 duties and Ajax was ably handled by Sara. He
would have been a sweet docile pup by the fire if only he were allowed in.

The big numbers are as follows: Lodging $2438.20, we only incurred the
charge for 1 cabin 1 night that we didn't use, not too bad. Food $604.53
Wine $314.30 for 17 bottles, we had 4 leftover that we will bring back next
year unless someone wants to buy them from the cave. Local delivery only.
