[Tanx] Good news! Fairings!

So, from what I can tell the American part number for the fairing stay and
the center fairing are the same as the 1993 Honda Transalps that were sold
in Europe.  So, it looks like we got the update first.

Also, I am looking at buying a stock seat from Germany or France or
someplace (some country involved in WW2) and the shipping to the USA is 23
Euro. So, conceivable that the shipping for the fairings is $30.
