[Tanx] [External] Spring Rally

Hi all--

unfortunately, some 6 weeks ago I developed  some health issues , and I am not well enough for a ride like that.

(Sciatica, lower back pain , going all the way down the left leg )

My left leg muscles do not have normal strength ; sometime the leg "buckles" , especially when going up or down stairs.
(Always have to use the handrails)

I have been  doing Physical Therapy  3x a week , with only slight  improvement ....

Not sure what comes next .  Steroid Injections? Surgery?

I won't be able to attend till after Memorial day. Not sure my availability in early June. Don't wait for me if you have it in May.  I'll be there in spirit as I blast through the desert in So Cal and Baja...

I there a good date between May and June, excluding June 1 for a spring rally in Northampton?

I am going to borrow that route for us to ride for day 1. I may tweak it to make it more Transalp.

I'll have a second, mildly more challenging route for the second day.

We have 2 guest beds at our house and we live in Northampton.

Anyone interested can camp in our "truck tent" too and/or possibly the Gazebo. I may post this to the Facebook Trabsalp list and the nearly dead TA web page and see if anyone new shows up.

We live in Northampton, MA.  It's a fun artsy town and we'll probably have backyard wood fired pizza after the day 1 ride.
