[Tanx] Assignments

The lunch stop comes a little late in the day on day 1 but there is a great
opportunity for a mid morning snack. To that end I have provided the
following assignments.

1. Tracy: fresh fruit, citrus or other.
2. John: dry sausage, like pepperoni or whatever.
3. Don: Cheese the kind you need a knife to cut.
4. Matt: graham crackers marshmallows and chocolate (for smores 'round the
fire night 1 or 2)
5. Tyler: Crusty hearty bakery bread.

Are we OK with this?
