Here's some good advice on riding position from Jimmy Lewis
https://blog.touratech-usa.com/2020/02/19/jimmy-lewis-riding-tip-proper-body-position/

I was out riding last Saturday and have to admit that after a winter of not
enough exercise I was sitting down way too much and not controlling the
bike the way I wanted.

Had some excitement when I came around a corner and found the trail was all
mud on top of snow and ice! Yikes! However, I didn't dump it so it was just
a matter of unclenching my butt when it got clear again.

The county just published a map of 800 miles of trails to explore. I'm
going to the NE BDR movie next week and will be passing them out. Totally
different from New England where they fight you every inch of the way.
