[BaseCamp] seemingly continuous loop

as they say, YMMV. I was doing what Jim suggested with the swipe,
search, and pin directions which continued resulting in the eternal loop of
reinstalling BC just to launch it. But, problem is solved (or resolved)
using Peter's thoughts and I'm not looking back!!
